The Appellate group at Thelen LLP is comprised of accomplished appellate and trial lawyers with expertise in a wide range of practice areas. Numbering more than 50 attorneys, Thelen's Appellate group provides efficient, success-driven appellate advice and advocacy, including counseling during trial to position a case in the best possible light for appellate review, and handling appeals in a wide variety of appellate courts up through the United States Supreme Court. Our group has a track record of success. Working throughout our nine offices around the world, our group is able to respond to issues at all levels of the appellate process.

The Appellate group at Thelen is comprised of state-bar certified appellate specialists and experienced trial attorneys and litigators. Our firm has hundreds of favorable published appellate decisions -- some of our appellate attorneys have achieved dozens of published decisions. Our appellate lawyers have represented clients in complex appellate litigation at all levels of state and federal appellate courts, all the way up to numerous state supreme courts and the United States Supreme Court.
