Thelen attorneys also appear before the United States Patent and Trademark office and other administrative bodies, and before national and multi-national arbitral panels of the American Arbitration Association, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the New York Stock Exchange, and the National Association of Securities Dealers. We have represented clients in virtually every type of case and forum, including large class actions, multi-district litigation, governmental regulatory and administrative actions, and smaller state and federal court actions.
Thelen's attorneys have pioneered the development of faster, more economical mechanisms for resolving commercial disputes outside of traditional litigation and we counsel clients on alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") techniques. Our attorneys also speak and write extensively on litigation issues concerning Internet-related legal developments, software litigation, domain name enforcement, electronic evidence, and e-commerce.
