Mr. Buoncristiani has more than 36 years of commercial litigation experience with primary emphasis on construction industry related disputes, including all facets of public and private construction works of improvement such as contract negotiation and preparation of contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders. He has provided representation of contractors in bid protest disputes arising under competitively-bid contracts, claim preparation and claim evaluation, prosecution and defense of contractor claims before both State and Federal courts and before arbitration tribunals and governmental administrative panels, such as the Board of Contract Appeals. He also has extensive experience involving international construction disputes.

Mr. Buoncristiani is experienced in all phases of discovery and pre-trial/pre-hearing procedures, including electronic discovery, taking and defense of the depositions of percipient and expert witnesses, and extensive adversarial hearing practice. He is also experienced in the preparation and use of both computer-generated graphics and evidence.

He has extensive experience with mediation and other forms of alternate dispute resolution.
