For more than 25 years, Mr. Heisse's practice has focused on serving the construction industry, representing builders, owners, developers and engineers in every phase of public and private construction, from initial planning through dispute resolution.

In addition to being licensed to practice in California, Maryland and the District of Columbia, Mr. Heisse is a registered foreign lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales.

Since 2005, Mr. Heisse has chaired the Construction Practice, which received the prestigious 2008 Chambers "Award of Excellence for Construction". He has also been ranked among "Leading Lawyers, Construction: National" within Legal 500 and has been recognized as a leading construction attorney in California in the Chambers USA Guide to America 's Leading Business Lawyers, Who's Who Legal, and Best Lawyers in America.
