Prosecution and defense of claims arising out of and relating to design-construction projects (including power generation, manufacturing, transportation, building, and infrastructure projects) and federal and state government contracts (construction, supply and services), including development and analysis and litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation of claims on behalf of contractors, consultants and owners. Negotiation and review of design-construction contracts on behalf of contractors and owners including power generation, manufacturing, transportation, building and infrastructure facilities. Recent negotiation experience includes EPC-scope contract for overseas combined cycle power project; EPC/CM-scope for overseas hydroelectric upgrade project; emission upgrade contracts for former utility facilities in the state of California; EPC and CM-scope combined cycle power generation facilities and turbine supply contracts for projects in California; EPC-scope for specialized manufacturing facility (nuclear waste); EPC-scope contract for Gulf Coast LNG regasification (import) facility.
