Negotiation and review of design-construction contracts on behalf of contractors and owners including power generation, manufacturing, transportation, building and infrastructure facilities. Recent negotiation experience includes EPC-scope contract for overseas combined cycle power project; EPC/CM-scope for overseas hydroelectric upgrade project; emission upgrade contracts for former utility facilities in the state of California; EPC and CM-scope combined cycle power generation facilities and turbine supply contracts for projects in California; EPC-scope for specialized manufacturing facility (nuclear waste); EPC-scope contract for Gulf Coast LNG regasification (import) facility.
